The Calendar automatically collects the activity detail from the Day Timer and the Appearance Forms to create a visual of the current month’s activities.
Each day is shaded according to the percentage use of the day’s available campaigning time, making it easy to spot and to select the candidate’s available time slots.
Any day can be stimulated to produce the daily schedule or the actual detail of the Appearance Form.
