Actual Income
The program automatically creates an Actual Income Statement from the entries made throughout the program.
Every financial transaction is posted to the entry record and then in real-time, is posted to the Contribution Journal, the Check Register, and to the Actual Income or Actual Expense Statements.
Note at the bottom of the Income Statement, the program displays the current total of Projected Contributions, while at the bottom of the Expense Statement, you will find a current total of the campaign’s Loans and Debts and Obligations, to give you the complete financial picture.
