Individual Prospect Files

Based on The Campaign Manual, a list of Individuals who are ’prospects for’ support of your campaign should be created.

A Prospect for support is defined as a prospect for a contribution, a prospect for volunteer activity, and/or a prospect for an endorsement.

Within the prospect files, you are able to identify essential information regarding each prospect.

Prospective contribution information is transferred to the Projected Income Statement, in order to assist and validate the Finance Plan.

Organized in this way, Prospects can be qualified and developed into actual supporters by soliciting each Prospect for contributions, volunteering, and endorsements.

Solicitations can be recorded, scheduled, and tracked.
