Actual Expense
The program automatically creates an Actual Expense Statement from the entries made throughout the program.
Every financial transaction is posted to the entry record and then in real-time, is posted to the Disbursement Journal, the Check Register, and to the Actual Expense Statements.
Note at the bottom the Expense Statement, you will find a current total of the campaign’s Loans and Debts and Obligations, to give you the complete financial picture.
